Shipping & Handling Charges
Currently, we only ship within India. Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. Additional handling and administrative fees may apply. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Delivery Timelines
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments are sent via India Post, DTDC, Shree Maruti Courier or other trusted partners. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination.

Shipment Notification
After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email and visible on your order tracking page.

Estimated Shipping Time
Most orders are delivered within 7 days. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Charges vary by order value and delivery location. Final charges are shown at checkout.

Non-Delivery & Refunds
No refunds are issued for shipments refused or uncollected during the courier’s retention period.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only after confirmation by our team. Items must be returned within the next 7 days post-approval.

We cannot accept returns if:

• Requested after 7 days of delivery
• Returned without prior communication

Return is accepted if:

• Product received is incorrect
• Product is defective
• Product was damaged during transit

For multi-volume sets, the entire set must be returned in original condition. Incomplete sets are not eligible for return or refund.
