- Business Days: Mon–Fri, excluding holidays.
- Customer: A purchaser not buying for resale.
- Date of Transaction: Date of product/service purchase.

3. Refund Rules:
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for full refund.
- Wrong product selection or misuse is not refundable.
- Refund will be processed post verification and return of item.
- COD refunds require bank details from customer.
4. Transit Damage:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement/refund. Return the item with original packaging and accessories.
5. Order Not Confirmed But Payment Deducted:
Please contact your bank. If not resolved in 7 business days, email us at support@brajmart.com.
6. Exemptions:
- Items on sale or promotional offers
- Used/opened items or returned after the window closes
- Misused, damaged, or tampered products
7. Return Procedure:
- Email us at support@brajmart.com to initiate return
- Return product in original condition and packaging
- Label with order details, invoice and your address
- Customer bears return shipping costs

8. Shipping Cost:
Return shipping and packaging costs are borne by the customer. Use tracked shipping for returns as proof of delivery.
9. Data Safety:
Back up and remove your data before returning electronics. Data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Refund Time:
Refunds are processed within 7 business days post item inspection. Delays due to banks or gateways are not our responsibility.
11. Cancel Return Request:

12. Right to Refuse:
We may refuse return/refund if the policy terms or laws are violated.
